If you’re getting the “Fatal Error occured (5): null” thing:

If you’re getting the “Fatal Error occured (5): null” thing, try opening the java control panel and clearing the temporary files.

To open the control panel on windows, either go via Start -> settings -> control panel -> java, or right click the java icon in the system tray.
